FAQ
RO pump questions OEMs actually ask.
GPD matching, series selection, self-priming, certifications, and how to reach the sample desk. Plain answers — no catalog dump.
- How do I choose an RO booster pump by GPD?
- Match membrane flux first. 50–400 GPD tank under-sink systems typically use PEILI 502 compact. Tankless 400–800 GPD kitchens use 502/605 high-flow or 605 silent damping. Commercial 800–1600 GPD platforms use 605 high-flow or brushless. High-TDS feed water may need 505 or brushless high-pressure — not a louder compact head.
- What is the difference between PEILI 502 and 605 series?
- 502 is the compact 50–400 GPD workhorse for household RO with self-priming options. 605 covers high-flow (400–1600 GPD), silent damping (≤ 42 dB(A) class), brushless commercial duty, and dual-head layouts. Same factory QC stack; different hydraulic envelopes and duty cycles.
- Do I need self-priming or boost-only?
- If the raw-water tank sits above the pump or the line can run dry on first fill, specify self-priming 502. If the inlet is flooded (municipal or pressurized feed), boost-only is enough. Mixing them in one SKU line causes returns.
- What certifications does PEILI hold?
- PEILI holds ISO 9001 quality management, CE conformity, and CQC certification for diaphragm booster pumps. Certificate scans are available on request with an inquiry.
- What is PEILI's annual RO pump capacity?
- Manufacturing is in Jiangmen, Guangdong with annual capacity exceeding 2,000,000 pumps per year across six series and 30+ models from 50G to 1600G.
- Where are PEILI pumps designed and tested?
- R&D and acoustic validation are in Huazhi Science Park, Beijiao, Shunde, Foshan — including a dedicated silent chamber. Production and 100% leak testing are in Jiangmen Xinhui.
- What quality tests does every PEILI pump receive?
- Every unit receives 12 kg hydrostatic leak testing. Protocol benches log 3.5 MPa burst and 12 kg × 100,000 water-hammer cycles. Flow and pressure curves can be stored per serial for OEM traceability.
- How fast does PEILI respond to OEM inquiries?
- Engineering first reply within one hour on business days when GPD, voltage, annual volume, and application notes are included. Samples ship from Jiangmen after curve match.
- Can PEILI support dual-sourcing an existing RO pump?
- Yes. Send the incumbent model, mounting envelope, port standard, voltage, and your incoming QC leak number. PEILI confirms mechanical fit and trial batches before annual agreements.
- How do I contact PEILI for samples or quotes?
- Use the Contact & Inquiry form at peiliro.com/contact, email sunkery@126.com, or WhatsApp +86 18988680732 (Simon Shan). Include target GPD, noise, voltage, and destination market.
